These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuotesPoint website at quotespoint.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What we do

QuotesPoint is a lead-generation service. We connect consumers who request quotes with our insurance partners. We are not an insurance company, broker, or agent. We do not underwrite, issue, or service insurance policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Site. By submitting any form, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Affiliate relationship

QuotesPoint has an affiliate relationship with Champion Auto Insurance and other insurance partners. We earn a commission when users sign up with our partners through our Site. This relationship does not affect the rates, terms, or coverage offered to you by the partner.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes
  • Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity
  • Not use the Site to harvest data, transmit spam, or interfere with the Site's operation
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems

5. No insurance advice

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute insurance advice, a recommendation, or a guarantee of any specific outcome. You should consult a licensed insurance professional before making coverage decisions.

6. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotesPoint, its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from (a) your access to or use of the Site, (b) any conduct or content of third parties on or through the Site, including Champion Auto Insurance, or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuotesPoint and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Site may link to or redirect to third-party websites, including Champion Auto Insurance. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, logos, and code, is owned by QuotesPoint or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
